Terms and Conditions

Hirer should accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement to use Vagana self-driving cars services and shall reserve all the rights to change the terms of this agreement at any time.

Mandatory

Age – 21 Years and above

Driving license held for minimum 2 years.

Documents – Aadhar & Driving license. (Original Aadhar / Passport must be given and can be collected after the trip end.)

Pick-up & Drop

Pickup and drop timing should be accurate as per booking timing.

Delay in the pickup of the car will not be considered.

Extensions should be informed prior before 2 hours to the customer service number 875 485 1949

In case, Hirer drops off the car earlier than the drop off timing then no refund will not be considered.

Reservations and Cancellation

Reservations are required to reserve a vehicle in advance.

Cancellation prior to 24 hours of booking is mandatory to avail refund.

Payment Method

Pay 50% at reservation via online.

Pay 50% at start of trip via cash or online payment.

Prohibitions and Violation

Hirer should not consume alcohol while availing the car service, if found, the booking would be cancelled and no refund will be done.

Hirer is not allowed to use our cars for learning driving or for any other commercial purpose.

Hirer is solely responsible for violating any traffic rules like parking, speeding, breaking red light, photo enforcement, and toll violations.

Car damage & Breakdown

Hirer is fully responsible to pay the damage costs 20,000/- as per the quotation of the service done from the showroom.

Insurance claim can be applicable for damages or repaired charges only above 20,000/-. The garage idle charges are applicable

In case of any breakdown, the Hirer shall not repair the car of their own without the consent of Vagana self-driving cars.

Ownership

During the Hire Period, The Hirer accepts that the vehicle, at all-time remains the property of Vagana. Subject to no obligations of the Hirer, shall have the right to use the vehicle during the Hire Period.

Insurance Policy

The Hirer shall be solely and fully responsible for the damages to the vehicle. As the result of rash and negligent driving or any other negligent/malicious act or driving of Vehicle under the influence of alcohol or violations of the term of usage as specified as per insurance policy and hereby agree to any losses, claims, damages, expenses and third party claims. In addition to the above, the Hirer shall be liable to pay other charges as set in the schedule of charges.

In case of any accident, during the Hire period, the Hirer shall furnish to Vagana self-driving cars service, all details in correlation with the accident, if required, attend before the Court or any other authority to give evidence thereof.
